• Reservation should be made at least (1) one week before your arrival.
• In cases of cancellations and or revisions of booking, a written notice should be sent to us at least three days before the arrival. Otherwise, we will charge you of a night’s stay to room/s unoccupied but reserved for.
• Advance payment upon check-in for daily basis.
• One month advance and one month deposit for monthly basis.
• Room Rates are subject to change with prior notice.
• Rates are inclusive of tax and service charge.
• Applicable on single or double/twin occupancy.
